Site blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island among the photographs.
Additionally featured in this new document disclosure seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing various areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
